Welcome! One purpose of this site is to show what I have created, from cakes with simple drop flowers to medieval book cakes with a turnable page.

But another purpose is to let you see my triumphs as well as my mistakes, to say to yourself that you could do better and then go and do it. One-up-man-ship has been part of human nature since prehistoric times. "Og cook mammoth with salt. I gonna cook it with salt and these plants."
